Welcome to Turavox.al. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to our website, request processes, and the procurement of professional conference, simultaneous translation, audio-visual, and event production equipment services owned and operated by Turavox in Tirana, Albania.

By browsing our digital event equipment catalog, requesting rental estimates, or signing an inventory reservation agreement, you certify that you possess the full legal authority to enter into these terms, both personally and on behalf of any entity or organization you represent.

Equipment Rentals & Bookings

We provide state-of-the-art conference translation booths, microphone systems, sound amplification hardware, digital stage projection systems, and related logistical support tools. To reserve any portion of our inventory, clients must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Quote Validation: An initial catalog inquiry or custom proposal generated through our website does not represent a guaranteed booking. Inventory is only reserved upon mutual written confirmation of a booking order.
• Rental Duration: The standard rental period is strictly defined in your booking contract. Any unauthorized extension of rental terms beyond the agreed timelines will incur additional daily leasing rates.
• Technical Specification Adjustments: Turavox reserves the right to substitute requested AV components with alternative hardware models of equal or superior technical capabilities if circumstances require.

Pricing & Payments

Our leasing fees are structured clearly on custom-generated booking sheets. Payment guidelines include:

• Currency: All listed prices and transaction totals are calculated and billed in Euros (EUR) or Albanian Lek (ALL), in accordance with local regulatory guidelines.
• Deposit Schedules: A deposit may be requested upon the final execution of the rental booking to reserve extensive simultaneous translation systems or custom high-capacity staging gear.
• Final Balances: Unless alternative terms are explicitly designated in your booking document, final outstanding balances must be cleared within the timeframe indicated on your final invoice.

Delivery, Setup & Technical Support

To ensure flawless execution for your conferences and events, logistical operations are managed exclusively as follows:

• On-Site Installation: To protect complex interpretation and digital transmission equipment, Turavox technicians will manage transport, structural setup, and sound testing at the designated event venue in Tirana or across Albania.
• Venue Access: The client is solely responsible for securing all necessary access permits, unloading clearances, and adequate structural power access for our equipment arrays at least 3 hours before the scheduled event start.
• Technical Assistance: Professional AV operators and technician support personnel will remain on-site during the execution phase only if specifically requested and detailed in your technical booking agreement.

Equipment Care & Damage Liability

Once our hardware is set up, handed over, or placed under your stewardship at the event venue, liability parameters apply:

• Safe Stewardship: The client must guarantee secure conditions at the venue, preventing unauthorized individuals from manipulating, shifting, or operating the AV or interpretation consoles.
• Theft & Damage: In the event of loss, theft, structural damage, liquid spills, or environmental exposure (rain/wind) due to negligence, the client will be invoiced for the full replacement cost of the affected hardware at current market value.
• No Modifications: Clients must not attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble any Turavox digital arrays, cabling networks, or simultaneous translation structures without direct written authorization from our field technicians.

Cancellation Policy

Since coordinating high-end conference equipment involves blocking valuable inventory and scheduling on-site logistics crews, cancellation rules are enforced:

• Cancellations notified more than 15 days prior to the scheduled installation date will receive a full refund of any deposits, minus any non-recoverable administrative or planning expenses.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event will incur a 30% cancellation charge.
• Cancellations finalized less than 7 days prior to the event setup will remain liable for up to 50% of the total contracted rental amount.

Intellectual Property

The visual catalog layout, code structure, custom icon designs, operational descriptions, and high-fidelity branding elements displayed across Turavox.al are the exclusive properties of Turavox. Copying, republishing, or distributing our catalog graphics, layout templates, or written copy without obtaining clear written consent from our Tirana management office is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions, along with all hardware leasing contracts executed by Turavox, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania.

Any legal actions, transactional disagreements, or interpretation claims arising from these terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent judicial courts located in Tirana, Albania.
