Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy Overview

At Turavox, we specialize in high-end conference interpretation systems, simultaneous translation booths, professional audio setups, and on-site technical support in Tirana and across Albania. Because our business involves reserved hardware scheduling and logistical planning, we do not operate a retail-based product return policy.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the conditions under which clients can claim partial or full refunds on reservation deposits, service bookings, or completed technical installations.

Booking & Planning Deposits

To lock in complex hardware layouts or highly requested simultaneous interpretation headsets during peak international summit seasons in Albania, an upfront booking deposit is typically required.

• Booking planning deposits are utilized to block dedicated inventory and coordinate technical delivery crews for your specific dates.
• Deposits are fully refundable if a cancellation request is formally processed and confirmed more than 15 calendar days before the scheduled on-site installation.
• Any transactional fees or custom architectural planning expenses incurred during preparation will be deducted from the refunded deposit sum.

Cancellation Scale & Fees

Since the cancellation of live events prevents our gear from being utilized for other corporate meetings, structural cancellation fees apply based on when notice is received:

• Notice of 15+ Days: 100% refund of any received deposit (minus non-recoverable processing fees).
• Notice of 7 to 14 Days: Refund eligible for up to 70% of the contract total. A 30% cancellation fee is retained to cover holding losses and schedule restructuring.
• Notice of Less Than 7 Days: Refund eligible for up to 50% of the total contract amount. Cancellations made inside this tight timeframe are subject to a 50% fee due to active vehicle dispatch loading and technical crew routing.

Technical Interruptions & Performance Disputes

We work meticulously to execute flawless event productions, running structural backup lines and testing signals prior to go-live times. In the rare case of a system interruption:

Partial refunds or invoice reductions will be evaluated by our technical board for hardware issues directly attributable to Turavox equipment failures. However, refunds are not issued for issues caused by factors outside our direct scope of control, including:

• Fluctuations, surges, or total power failures originating from the venue's electrical setup.
• Wireless frequency interference caused by uncoordinated security transmissions or local cellular sweeps.
• Loss, physical dislocation, or misuse of headsets and receiver packs by attendees or venue coordinators during the course of the event.

Processing & Payment Timelines

Once a cancellation or partial refund agreement is mutually signed and approved by our financial office, the following processing rules apply:

• Currency: Refunds are processed strictly in the original billing currency—either Euro (EUR) or Albanian Lek (ALL)—utilizing the bank exchange rate applicable on the transaction day.
• Method: Refunds are sent via international or local bank transfer to the client's corporate account. We cannot issue refunds in cash or to third-party accounts.
• Timeline: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for funds to settle in your account, depending on bank processing cycles and security verifications.

Force Majeure & Sudden Cancellations

In the event of sudden national security directives, extreme environmental alerts, weather hazards preventing travel, or other certified force majeure events in Albania, Turavox will work in good faith with clients to transition booking deposits directly into credit toward rescheduled event dates within 12 calendar months, avoiding standard penalty fees.
