Welcome to Turavox! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can use the Turavox website and services. By using turavox.al, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site.

These Terms are a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Turavox, a company based in Tirana, Albania. These Terms apply to everyone who uses our Service.

• Service: This means the turavox.al website, apps, and all related travel information, bookings, and content provided by Turavox.

• Content: This includes all text, pictures, videos, travel guides, destination info, user reviews, and other materials on our Service.
• Account: Your personal account to access features like saving trip plans or managing bookings.

Tell us immediately if your Account is used without your permission or if you notice any security breach. We are not responsible for any loss if you don’t follow this.
• Eligibility: By creating an Account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and can legally agree to these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service in any way that is against these Terms or the law. You must not:

• Do anything harmful, deceptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, or offensive. This includes posting fake reviews or sending spam.

• Our Content: All content and materials on the Service (like text, logos, images, software) belong to Turavox or our partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Turavox name and logo are our trademarks.
• User-Generated Content: If you post content (like travel reviews), you still own it. But by posting it, you give us a worldwide, free, and transferable license to use, copy, show, and distribute that content for our Service and business (including marketing).
• Restrictions: You cannot use any content from the Service for commercial reasons without our written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee that the Service will always run perfectly or that the information, content, or products on it are always accurate. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

While Turavox tries to provide correct and current travel information, we don’t guarantee that information (like prices, availability, or descriptions from third-party providers) is always exact or current. Turavox helps you find travel information and services from others. We are not responsible for what these third-party providers do, their mistakes, or any injuries, damages, or expenses that result from them.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties. We don’t guarantee that the Service, our servers, or emails from us are free of viruses or other harmful parts.

Turavox, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect or special damages (like lost profits, data, or goodwill) from: (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) anything a third party does on the Service; (iii) any content you get from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access or changes to your content. This applies no matter the legal reason, even if we were told about the possibility of such damage.

You agree to protect Turavox, its partners, employees, and directors from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) that arise from: a) your use of the Service (or anyone using your account); b) your breaking these Terms; or c) content you posted on the Service.

We can end or suspend your Account and stop your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for any reason, including if you break these Terms.

If you want to close your Account, you can simply stop using the Service and request account deletion.

Sections of these Terms that naturally continue after termination (like ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania.

If we don’t enforce any part of these Terms, it doesn’t mean we give up that right. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid by a court, the rest of the Terms will still apply. These Terms are the full agreement between us regarding the Service and replace any previous agreements.

We can change or replace these Terms at any time. If a change is significant, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. We decide what counts as a significant change.

By continuing to use our Service after changes take effect, you agree to the new terms. If you don’t agree, you can no longer use the Service.
